V1.4.0 release

Hello everyone!

Here to announce the release of Cut The Cheese V1.4.0!
Update notes:

1.  Help function added for more descriptive descriptions of the commands
2. enemy movement has been patched as well as the spawner items
3. expansion loading when resuming now works properly
4. resetting variables when starting a new game has been updated
5. the bug where a room doesn't load has been patched, it will now trigger a game crash in which it will tell you it has done so
6. the Hall of Cheese has been added
7. enemy movement is now triggered after it checks whether you should battle, so now when you 'pass by' an enemy the battle triggers
8. plus some small preparations for new add-ons coming soon
